The two plans
Own it — £749 one-off build, then £49/month
You pay a one-off build fee, then a lower monthly fee that covers hosting, your domain, and unlimited changes. Lead Catcher, Google Business Profile setup & management, and review help are included.
All-in — £99/month, £0 up front
No build fee — we design, build and launch your site for free, and you pay a single monthly fee that covers everything: hosting, domain, unlimited changes, Lead Catcher, Google Business Profile management and review help. Every new All-in site gets a 30-day live trial — the site is live and Lead Catcher is working from day one; if it hasn't earned its keep after 30 days, cancel and we take it down at no cost to you. Keep every lead it caught in the meantime.
Payment
Monthly plans are billed monthly (or annually, at a discount, if you choose annual billing). The Own it build fee is due before work on your live site begins, following your free demo.
Cancellation
No contract, no exit fee, cancel anytime by emailing or calling us.
- On All-in: the site comes down when you stop paying. You keep your domain and every lead Lead Catcher has already caught for you.
- On Own it: you've already bought the site outright with the build fee — cancelling the monthly plan just ends hosting, domain management and ongoing changes. You keep your domain either way.
Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name from day one — it's yours whatever happens, on either plan. On Own it, the website itself is yours outright too, once built. On All-in, the site stays live and hosted by us for as long as you're subscribed.
The free demo
Before you pay anything, we build you a working preview of your own business — no charge, no obligation, and no commitment to continue. You only pay if you decide to go ahead.
Changes to these terms
If our terms change, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. For existing clients, we won't change the fundamentals of your plan (price, what's included) without telling you directly first.
